            I guarantee to deliver you, the costumer, a sound and healthy dog. I guarantee this dog to be free of physical defect such as deformities, paralysis, blindness or deafness. I do not guarantee against skin disorders such as hair loss, mange or red mange (which is hereditary). I do guarantee that the dog will be free of such at time of sale. I guarantee to deliver a dog that has had the first round of 8 in 1 Vaccine shot and that has had at least one round of Nemex-2® wormer, one treatment of heart worm prevention (heart guard plus), and one treatment of flee and tick prevention (frontline plus).

           

 

            I guarantee to deliver a dog that has a true and pure uncorrupted bloodline. This means I will not sell any dog that I believe or that has been proven not to be of proper breed type, that has 2 or more sires, or one that is not pure bred American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT). I guarantee the dog to be registered with Continental Kennel Club® and provide a pedigree for that dog. I guarantee that the costumer will receive a complementary Puppy Picture for use of the costumer’s liking.

 

 

 

            I agree to give the costumer a copy of their signed owner’s agreement, the refund policy, the stud service agreement if one is necessary and this guarantee.

 

 

 

            I guarantee to subject my dogs to DNA testing at the costumer’s expense if they question the parentage of their puppy. I do not guarantee that this dog will not act aggressive, that it will not bite or that it will not attack people or other animals. The owner will be aware of the risks of these dogs and that all dogs can attack. The owner agreement states that they are being made aware of this and that they agree to release me from liability of damage from this dog or other dogs they buy from me or MCK.

 

 

            I guarantee that I will follow this guarantee and deliver the best service possible to the owner. I guarantee that I have and will follow CKC’s breeder’s code of ethics to the best of my ability and financial ability. I guarantee the DNA of all Dogs from MCK but testing of pups will be done only if questioned and will be paid for by the owner, no exceptions.©
