MISSISSIPPI CONFEDERATE KENNELS STUD SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

 

I ____________________________ agree to pay Jason Wroten for one tie to last untill the dogs sepperate:

 

 $200.00 at the time of service.

 

 Give Jason Wroten a puppy as payment for service that is CKC registered. In the event that this form of payment is agreed upon and all pups are born dead, die before six (6) weeks of age, are not born at all, or if I act irresponsibly and allow my female to breed another dog (Pit Bull or otherwise) I will pay Jason Wroten The $200.00 Stud Fee. Also, if this form of payment is agreed upon I agree to provide a DNA test to prove the stud provided by Jason Wroten and MCK is the sole sire of the entire litter (this is to preserve a pure and uncorrupted bloodline) otherwise I will pay the $200.00 stud fee._______©
