MISSISSIPPI CONFEDERATE KENNELS REFUND POLICY

 

 

 

In the event of the death of a dog the owner has a right to a full refund if the owner has followed all of these rules of this refund policy.

1. The owner must prove there was no abuse of any kind.
2. The owner must take the pup to licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase unless the dog is bought on Friday after veterinarian hours then it must be seen by the following Monday and they must keep the dogs shots up to date and provide written record of such. This refund is void if the death is the fault of the veterinarian.
3. The owner must provide pictures of the dog if it was sick from health reasons and there must be no fault in the sickness, this means the dog must not have ingested any form of poison or other harmful substances, been bitten by other creatures or any other fault of the dog or persons.
4. This refund is void if the death stemmed from any other reasons other than the health of the dog.
5. This refund is void if the dog has attacked a person or another pet (see owner agreement).
6. A refund will be made if the dog dies only from natural causes and only if all actions were made to save the dog and prevent death beforehand. All records must be kept and shown for veterinarian visits in order to receive a refund. Documentation must be made by the original veterinarian that the dog was properly cared for shots were given on time and that all actions were taken by the owner and veterinarian to save the dog and that the health of the dog was doomed by nature.
7. No refund will be given for displeasure of the dog.
8. No refund will be given once the dog is taken except the dog dies from uncontrollable natural causes.
9. No refund will be given after one (1) month (30 days).
10. No refund will be given unless all these stipulations are followed fully.
11. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF IT IS FOUND THAT THE DOG HAS BEEN USED IN ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY!!!©
